This role will be the right hand to the Sales Manager, providing coaching and mentoring to the sales consultant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with the finance and service departments to complete sales efficiently.

- Proven experience in sales in a similar environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
