Our sister company, Rescom Sales Inc., is looking for an experienced, career-minded Sales Coordinator to be responsible for selling Rescom Sales Inc. and Special Electronics & Designs Inc. products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. He or she will provide high level customer service to clients and potential customers, reaching business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and passion are key components of this position. Mentoring, Coaching, and Training is provided for all aspects of this position.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and generate sales through personal contact, by telephone, email, and video with customers to promote Industrial Communication Equipment to markets such as Fire & Rescue, Mining, Petro-chemical, Defense, etc.
- Arrange information packages for customers/dealers with catalogues, quotations, equipment trials and returns, sales acknowledgements, MSRP/dealer pricelists, and providing delivery dates.
- Provide instruction and guidance to customers/dealers regarding application and operation of the Products with the help of other departments as required.
- Maintain a high level of service to existing customers; managing the customer relationship from quote execution through delivery and after sales service; and soliciting referrals from these customers, where possible.
- Work with Marketing to assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
- Participate and attend in corporate marketing activities, such as conferences, trade shows, open house events, and video presentations, as required.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Answer the telephone in an informative, courteous and professional manner and direct calls as required.
- Prepare various weekly department reports for management and maintain department work instructions and filing systems.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Work in compliance with the ISO Quality Management System.
- Other duties as may be required by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Office Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience preferred
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
- Superior attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Professional interpersonal and resolution skills
- Proficient in English oral and written business communication skills
- Proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
- Must possess a valid passport and ability to travel to U.S.A.
