We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and people-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development:
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and perfect the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through market research, data analysis, and customer feedback.
Competitor Research & Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitors’ offerings, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to strengthen our competitive edge.
Prospecting & Outreach:
- Conduct cold calls, outbound emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Identify key decision-makers and initiate conversations to create sales opportunities.
Appointment Setting & Sales Calls:
- Schedule and lead discovery calls and product demos with potential customers.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives to position our solutions effectively.
Proposal Writing & Deal Support:
- Create compelling, tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Assist in negotiating terms and moving deals toward closure in collaboration with senior sales leadership.
Customer Journey Management:
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and communications in the CRM.
Sales Growth Contribution:
- Track and report on KPIs, conversion metrics, and market trends.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize the sales cycle.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role (B2B experience preferred).
- Experience in SaaS sales or software solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust quickly.
- Strong research and analytical abilities for developing and refining the Ideal Customer Profile and conducting competitor analysis.
- Experience with cold calling and appointment setting.
- Strong writing skills for crafting professional proposals and follow-ups.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for learning.
