Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective account management and sales strategies. Duties

- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and demonstrating product capabilities.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing accounts and tracking sales progress.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
