Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Roomvu. Your role will be essential in driving outbound and inbound high-quality sales leads as we continue our exciting growth journey.
As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets, closing deals, and fostering strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close Sales Deals: Effectively convert leads provided by Sales Development Representatives into successful sales.
- Understand Customer Needs: Tailor solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients, delivering value.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry challenges, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets together.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market dynamics.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in North America with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Sales Expertise: Deep knowledge of sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent & Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
