Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to company standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries and supplies
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial, hospitality, or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning practices is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
