Job Description
We are looking for reliable, customer-focused Budtenders to join our
cannabis retail team at our Admirals Walk location. This is a permanent
position with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Evening and weekend availability is essential for this role to meet our
staffing needs. Flexibility with shifts throughout the week, including
daytime (8:45 AM to 4:45 PM) and evening shifts (3:15 PM to 11:15
PM), is highly valued. If you’re looking to be part of a supportive,

Applicants should have:
- Selling It Right certification (required)
- At least one year of retail or sales experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Cash handling experience
- Inventory experience (asset)
- Ability to lift, bend and climb ladders.
- Basic knowledge of cannabis products (asset)
- Comfortable working in small teams and in close proximity with
- others
- Ability to enforce BC Cannabis regulations, including strict ID
- Must be bondable

- Expected to use the Push app for scheduling and accessing paystubs
We are a family-owned business seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Our cannabis store operates from 9 AM to 11 PM, and we’re currently looking to fill evening and weekend shifts. Cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required. We offer a fast-paced, fun environment with plenty of room for growth and advancement within the company.
Employees with cannabis experience or significant retail experience will start at $21/hour.
