What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Experience: Greet customers with a smile, guide them through our product range, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Cannabis Education: Share your expertise on different cannabis products, helping customers find the perfect fit for their needs.
- Sales & Transactions: Handle cash and electronic payments accurately while managing the day-to-day flow of the store.
- Inventory & Store Upkeep: Keep our shelves stocked and store neat, tidy, and compliant with all regulations.
- Team Support: Collaborate with your team, follow security protocols, and help maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years in customer service (minimum 1 year of cannabis retail experience).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft tools and point-of-sale systems.
- CannSell Certified: Must have completed CannSell training
- Reliable & Flexible: Punctual, able to work shifts (including evenings/weekends), and ready for a fast-paced environment.
- Legal & Compliant: 19+ years old, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to pass a background and police check.
- Positive Attitude: Eager to learn, a strong team player, and ready to grow in the cannabis industry.
