- NewRoads Honda, a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group, is hiring a Retention Manager.

Responsibilities of a Retention Manager include:
- Greeting customers and providing them with information regarding vehicles for sale;
- Conducting test drives of vehicles for sale;
- Emphasizing product/service features and benefits;
- Quoting prices, overcoming objections of prospective customers, and preparing sales order forms/reports;
- Building and fostering a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth;
- Ensuring that every vehicle delivery is special for every client;
- Following up on all leads from all sources;
- Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers;
- Building and maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.
- Answering customer inquiries via email, text, and phone;
- Review Service Appointment list daily for customer interaction.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase repeat business and loyalty.
- Maintain regular communication with customers (email, phone, text, mailers) to encourage service visits and future purchases.
- Track and follow up on all customers in the dealership’s CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to create smooth customer handoffs.
- Identify at-risk customers and implement win-back strategies.
- Develop for management review special offers, loyalty incentives, and customer appreciation programs.
- Discuss and support dealership staff on customer retention best practices.
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting on retention performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the ownership cycle.
What You Offer:
- Previous automotive sales experience is a must.
- OMVIC licence is a must.
- The ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
- You are self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused, with strong organizational skills;
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent listening skills;
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm;
- Valid Drivers License and good driving record; Must have the ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
