Role Overview:
We are looking for a Team Lead to help grow and guide our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is fashion-forward, personable, and ready to lead by example.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support a sales team
- Deliver excellent customer service experiences
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and store standards
- Drive sales and help achieve store goals
- Provide training and support for team members
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience (leadership experience an asset)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Style-savvy and passionate about fashion
- Outgoing, personable, and reliable
