Position Overview
As a Retail Store Supervisor, your primary objective is to oversee the daily operations of a BBOS retail store during your shift, ensuring efficient team management, excellent customer service, and store’s profitability.

Key responsibilities:
* Leading Customer Experience
- Ensure that we provide exceptional customer service at your store.
- Handle any customer complaint or concern in a professional manner while earning customer trust.
- Ensure that you have the right customer service culture in your shift by continuously providing coaching for your team.
- Being available in the store to answer customers’ questions and help them to make the right buying decisions by suggesting the right products.
* Leading your team
- Manage team’s performance proactively and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide great training and coaching experience to your team.
- Lead by example on all store duties and offer coaching whenever needed to improve team performance.
- Train employees to put merchandise on the sales floor in a clean, safe, and appealing manner.
- Consistently ensure staff complete their tasks in a timely manner.
- Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.
* Leading your business
- Open and close the store on a regular basis in accordance with the company’s expectations.
- Take an active role in preventing theft and involve other team members when needed.
- Make sure that health and safety measures are met.
- Make sure pricing is correct and authorize any refund or return as per the company policy.
- Actively manage your controllable costs and ensure your store meets all budgetary requirements.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company standards.
- Perform stocking, pricing, and merchandising activities as required.
- Process point of sale transactions as per business needs.
- Complete all assigned tasks by the Store Manager and share feedback for improvement.
