Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting and sampling perfume oils.
- Explain product features and make personalized recommendations.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Restock shelves and ensure the store looks inviting.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience with fragrances or perfume oils (preferred but not required).
- Prior retail or sales experience (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
