We’re growing fast and are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented installer to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality installations and wants to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are willing to train the right candidate. A contract must be signed for a minimum of 2 years if we are training.
If you have no experience you will be starting at $15/hour, once you are on your own with each service you will get a wage increase.
If you already have experience your wage will be determined on your experience.
Compensation:$15 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality window tint and paint protection film (PPF) installations on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
- Follow install schedules and meet daily output expectations
- Travel to nearby dealerships for mobile installs (Unity, Wilkie, meadow lake etc.) Drivers license is a MUST
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate clearly with team leads regarding job status
- Cleaning cars to be able to do the job right
- Never skip steps or try to do things quicker just to get it out the door.
- Learn and retain information quickly
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tint or PPF installation (or both)- again willing to train but must be willing to sign a 2-3 year contract to gain experience/ training.
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently and on-site at dealerships
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- A positive attitude with a team spirit
- Someone who does not procrastinate
- always finding something to do even if there is "nothing to do"
