Position Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You’ll work primarily with Zivent and XPEL films on a variety of vehicles, ensuring precise, bubble-free installations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set in a clean, supportive shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bulk and pre-cut PPF installations with accuracy and care
- Work with Zivent and XPEL film on hoods, bumpers, mirrors, and full panels
- Prepare vehicles for film application: wash, clay bar, alcohol prep, etc.
- Use plotters, squeegees, knives, and heat guns efficiently and safely
- Inspect and correct any film imperfections before vehicle delivery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain a tidy, organized workspace
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven PPF installation experience (required)
- Experience with XPEL, Zivent, or comparable PPF brands
- Strong attention to detail and clean finishing work
- Comfortable working on high-end and luxury vehicles
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Certification (XPEL, STEK, etc.) is a bonus
