Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor through effective merchandising techniques.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and merchandising strategies.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Effective communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
