- Lead full-scope technology deployment for new restaurant openings across both brands—including vendor coordination, timeline management, and quality control.
- Maintain and optimize POS configurations, menu data management, payment integrations, and device connectivity.
- Oversee third-party MSPs and infrastructure vendors, ensuring reliable uptime, system performance, and service-level compliance.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS), conducting regular audits and developing remediation plans as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Finance) to support new feature rollouts and drive operational efficiency through technology.
- Collaborate with stores and field teams to support day-to-day tech escalations, training, and troubleshooting.
- Document processes, system architecture, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Stay ahead of restaurant tech trends—researching and testing emerging tools such as kiosks, edge computing, AI-enabled tools, and IoT sensors.
- Support integration of third-party platforms (delivery aggregators, loyalty, digital ordering, etc.) into in-store tech stack.
- Provide flexible availability for critical after-hours support and emergency response.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in technology implementation or IT leadership, with at least 3 years in QSR, hospitality, or retail environments.
