Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality food for our guests while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
