**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant management, customer service and team development.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, customer service, inventory
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently met
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the bar area and coordinate with bartenders for efficient service
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in the hospitality or food industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train new employees effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Previous experience in bartending is a plus
