WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

ABOUT THE JOB:
- Official employment with T4
- Full-time only (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm; hours can vary slightly)
- Starting wage: $20/hr, bumped to $22/hr after 90 days
- $15/hr driving time + $0.70/km mileage reimbursement
- Bi-weekly pay: approx. $1,200–$1,500+
- Types of cleaning: residential deep cleans, move-ins/outs, post-renos
- No subcontractors. Employees only.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with data (for work apps)
- Clean criminal record
- Physically fit: lift 25lbs, bend, kneel, twist
- English writing, reading and speaking proficiency
- Respectful, responsible, and self-aware
- Works well with diverse people
- Cleaning experience a bonus—not required
