Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or order pad.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures.
