We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive profitability while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and analyze sales data.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership and support to all team members.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of service.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.
