Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members at The Zesty Lemon. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Follow all food safety procedures and regulations.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Provide assistance to fellow team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food safety certification is a plus.

Pay: $15.65-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
