We require a full-time Reservations Manager to join our revenue & sales team in the daily management and success of 13 properties. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall efficiency and revenue growth of our properties.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
Shifts: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Canmore, AB
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure accuracy of OTA bookings in PMS by implementing & enforcing a checks system.
- Track payments owing, refunds, rate adjustments & cancellations to ensure revenue is being maximized.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure group bookings are executed properly.
- Work closely with each property’s guest service teams to resolve any reservation related issues promptly and effectively.
- Produce daily, weekly & monthly revenue reports.
- Coordinate & invoice promotional stays with our marketing team.
- Work closely with the accounting department to ensure gift card reconciliation & funds transfers are correct.
- Manage staff booking requests.
- Manage Reservation & Group Coordinators.
- Load and update rates, promotions, and packages into the reservations system as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in reservations, guest services, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with online travel agency platforms and practices.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and property management software.
