The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of renovation and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. The Handy Man will ensure that properties are well-maintained and that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform general renovation and repairs, including framing, drywall, plastering, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Skills
- Proficiency in a variety of repair techniques including trim work, carpentry, and painting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
