At Life Studio’s Milton, we do fitness differently and we’re growing fast. We’re a mindful fitness space built around real community, smart movement, and workouts that make you feel strong, capable, and more connected to yourself.
We’re currently seeking passionate instructors in Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre, and HIIT to join our team. We love to grow and develop new instructors so dont be shy about applying! This position is open for new and experienced instructors.
We’re investing in leaders, role models, and people who want to grow with us long-term. We offer advancement trainings and opportunities to be faculty members of Life Studio's Academy of Teacher Training.
Duties
- Lead fun, safe, and effective classes that align with our studio’s mindful fitness approach
- Offer intelligent cueing, thoughtful sequencing, and inclusive language for all levels
- Build genuine on-site connections with members and create a welcoming, community vibe
- Show up on time, be prepared, and bring your A-game (we respect your time, you respect ours)
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continued education opportunities
- Help support the studio’s growth by embodying our culture and values inside and outside the studio
Qualifications
- Certified in at least one of the following: Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre, or HIIT
- Confident with class structure, pacing, music, and offering modifications
- Professional, reliable, and communicative. You respect people’s time and energy
- Bonus if you’re trained in more than one modality or open to cross-training in the future
- Must be able to legally work in Canada and be available to teach in-person in Milton
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
