Job Description:
Naosu Wellness Co. is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Certified Pilates Instructor to lead both group classes and private sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates, a deep understanding of body mechanics, and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized Pilates instruction that aligns with our holistic approach to health.
- Lead engaging and effective Pilates classes and private sessions, tailored to meet the needs of clients with varying fitness levels.
- Develop customized Pilates programs that address individual client goals, including rehabilitation, strength building, and flexibility improvement.
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and breathing to ensure a safe and effective workout experience.
- Monitor and assess client progress, providing constructive feedback and adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals at Naosu Wellness Co. to provide a holistic approach to client care.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in Pilates and fitness.
- Contribute to the promotion of Pilates classes and other wellness services offered at Naosu Wellness Co.
Qualifications:
- Certified Pilates Instructor with accreditation in Barrel, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and other Pilates apparatus.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
- A passion for helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through Pilates.
- Experience working in a wellness or clinical setting is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
