We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Assistant Service Advisor to join our growing automotive team. In this full-time role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers—whether in person or over the phone—ensuring a smooth and welcoming service experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry and a passion for excellent customer care.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in customers arriving for service appointments
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Support Service Advisors with scheduling, work order processing, and customer updates
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Receive and log parts deliveries
- Handle payments and cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk and waiting area
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or service advisor role (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong computer skills (experience with phone systems and automotive shop software a plus)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry abilities
- Fluent in English (required)
