THE TEN SPOT® Guelph is looking for a part-time weekend and evening receptionist/ guest services coordinator, who will act as the conductor of our space and ensure that every interaction a client has with us makes them feel like a ten!

what you will do:
coordinate the guest experience to ensure an exceptional experience from beginning to end:
- enthusiastically greet & host each guest who enters our space
- book guest appointments and keep the schedule organized and optimized
- meticulously oversee the appearance of our physical space
- ensure the final touchpoint with guests is a success - checking out guests, taking payment, rebooking appointments

This is a part-time+ role, requiring weekend and weekday evening shift availability, along with being flexible for various weekday daytime shifts as needed, and opportunities for growth and advancement!
