TAAG is looking for a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Receptionist to join the team. They will play a key role in creating a positive impression for clients and visitors. In this role, they will support the flow of people through the office and ensure all front desk responsibilities are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate information in person, by phone, and via email.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including reception, boardrooms, kitchen, and shared spaces.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, ensuring essential items are always available.
- Prepare and assemble client deliverables.
- Process client payments.
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support management and staff.
Candidate Profile:
- Secondary school diploma required; additional training or certification in Office Administration/Management is an asset.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
