Are you a caring, reliable professional who's passionate about helping others? Kings Point to Point (KPPT) is a not-for-profit organization committed to improving community health and connection through accessible transportation. We're currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team: half day Receptionist
As a KPPT Receptionist, you are often the first point of contact for clients and visitors. KPPT provides a meaningful and service driven opportunity working to provide essential transportation for people in our community, helping them get to medical appointments, run errands, attend classes, and get to work. A clear, calm voice with a warm and professional welcome is required to prevent frustration and confusion if people can’t hear or understand the information they need.
If you enjoy meeting people, live for accuracy in detail, and have an even demeanor and a sense of humor during periodic bouts of chaos, we have an opening for you.
- Wage: starting $19.00/hour
- Additional perks: Included in our total compensation package
- Work type: 5 mornings a week. 3-4 hours a day We are flexible if you are.

We want team members who have/are:
- Combination of education and experience to successfully work in a small office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service Focused: A pleasant manner, able to handle inquiries and complaints gracefully.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email and database functions (additional software is an asset)
- Empathetic, respectful, and professional Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds, including those facing mobility, health, economic, or social challenges.
- Independent and responsible, with good judgement and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Clean criminal record check.
