Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Utilize phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette during all interactions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
