Job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receptionist/Coordinator duties such as answering incoming calls, booking and confirming appointments, welcoming clients, cash handling and balancing, replying to emails, promoting and selling retail products, coordinating Vagician schedules and appointments and other administration duties.
- Be knowledgeable of all services offered.
- Assist in wax bar cleaning and organization + ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Recommend retail products to clients based on individual client needs.
- Receive, sort and organize retail inventory.
