College Park l Retirement Residence is looking for Receptionist to join our team!
As the Receptionist you would be responsible for receiving and directing visitors and inquiries. You would also be responsible for relaying and coordinating resident and employee messages using a variety of methods.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize word and Windows for administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support office operations by assisting with clerical duties and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent general education.
- Knowledge of Word for Windows.
- Must have proven ability to deal with the public in a similar setting.
- Must have the personality, ability, and temperament to work in a manner that will maintain the spirit, dignity, and individuality of each resident and work cooperatively with other staff members.
