Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and perform a wide range of administrative duties including licensing vehicles and supporting office services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's calendar
- Handle cash reports and receipts
- Accurately receive and handle cash transactions.
- Handle all licensing for the dealership
- Prepare and organize licensing paperwork and submit to the Ministry of Transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in licensing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge in PBS Software is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of automotive industry is an asset
