Are you an organized and friendly professional who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly? Provincial Electrical is looking for a reliable Front Receptionist to be the face of our company as clients walk in, and support key administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage accounts payable and basic bookkeeping
- Payroll entry and processing
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management
- Provide general support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounts payable and payroll processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience with Sage is considered an asset
