Purpose and Scope:
Working a part of the administrative team in one of Manitoba's busiest enclosed shopping centers, you will be tasked with communication, organization, workflow, and assistance to property administrator in order to ensure that the office and marketing events run smoothly
You have a professional manner, are capable of clear written communication, have strong organizational skills and can ensure that office related deadlines are met. You are highly organized and can assist others in setting up and maintaining office organizational systems. In a fast paced environment, you will thrive and feel energized.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and direct and/or provide information as requested.
- Greeting visitors and maintain reception area in tidy manner.
- Typing tenant correspondence as delegated by Managers.
- Data entry for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintain Tenant Contact List.
- Building and Tenant Filing.
- Receive and maintain Tenant Insurance Certificates & HVAC reports.
- Assist with the planning, organizing of monthly marketing events on site. (Occasional lifting of up to 35lbs)
Skills:

- Demonstrated in written and verbal reports, presentations, and meeting facilitation.
- Ability to anticipate needs and commit to respond in agreed time frames.
- Ability to identify, evaluate and develop new ideas and support with results.
- Deliver on commitments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma & 2-3 years administrative experience.
- Must provide a clean criminal record check
- Working knowledge of Word & Excel for Windows.
- Knowledge of operation of telephone and voice mail systems.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.
- Property Management experience are an asset.
