Reception and Shipping Clerk
Location: Longueuil, Québec – On-site position, 4 days per week

Are you known for your strong organizational skills , efficiency , attention to detail , and reliability ? We're seeking a dynamic and meticulous Shipping and Receiving Clerk who is eager to play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our logistics activities.
This is an on-site position based in Longueuil , offered 4 days per week , allowing you to enjoy a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful contribution to the team's success.
Main responsibilities:
- Reception orders and informs identified receivers that their order is in.
- Prepare packages for shipping according to their level of fragility.
- Generate shipping slips and coordinate the shipment of outgoing packages.
- Verify contents of package according to the shipping information (quantity, reference, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics with transportation providers(E.g, FedEx, UPS).
- Confirm shipping slips with carriers upon pickup.
- Manage office furniture inventory.
- Manage inventory and process purchase requisitions for vending and coffee machines on time.
- Order meals with caterers when requested.
- Respond to after-hours service calls in case of emergencies.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reception and shipping.
- Spoken bilingualism
- Written bilingualism (an asset)
Specific Conditions:
- 32 hours' position on 4 4-day basis.
- The weight of items lifted is generally 30 pounds (13,5 kg) or less.
The work is executed inside, in a corporate office setting
