Hours: 30-35 HOURS/WEEK
Position Description:
The primary duties of the Real Estate admin include support agents, clients, management team. This job includes administration and client relations
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reception duties – answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, input messages
Listing – input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment
Documents – preparation related forms (connecting clients, lawyers, and mortgage brokers)
Collecting deposit cheques and keep monitor all listing status within timeframes
Supplies – maintenance of photocopier and related supplies, maintenance of office supplies
Agent activities – booking of open houses, preparation of feature sheets, photocopying, and filing of all listings & legal documents
Help with duties such as typing, draft letters, and other documents
Qualifications:
Minimum college-level courses/ diploma
Minimum 1-year working experience in general office administration and/or real estate administration
MUST Fluency in English & Chinese (written & spoken)
Ability to multi-task with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organization & time management skills
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and the internet
