Real Estate Brokerage is looking for an outgoing, friendly experienced Real Estate Administrator. Candidate MUST have real estate brokerage experience. The candidate must also be looking to work on a permanent basis.
Duties to include:
- Manage incoming phone calls, messages
- Inventory and ordering of various office supplies.
- Broker load listings into various real estate boards as needed
- Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers and all other documents as required using WEBFORMS and SKYSLOPE
- Be the first point of contact for customers coming into the office.
- Maintain listing/deal files in an organized and complete manner using Skyslope
- General office tasks as required.
- Onboarding of Realtors into our Brokerage
- Available to work flexible hours including Days, Evenings as needed and weekends as needed.
- Preference is given to applicants who are available to work in both our Thornhill and Richmond Hill locations.
Candidates must possess a high degree of professionalism, strong business communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. The candidate should be able to work efficiently towards deadlines.
