Candidates MUST possess experience in a real estate office.
- Candidates MUST be willing and able to do shifts at both the Thornhill and Richmond Hill Locations.
Specific Job Requirements include but are not limited to :
- Manage incoming phone calls, messages, etc.
- Inventory and ordering of various office supplies.
- Broker load listings into TRREB MLS and ITSO.
- Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers, and all other documents as required using webforms and skyslope.
- Be the first point of contact for customers coming into the office.
- Maintain listing/deal files in an organized and complete manner.
- General office tasks as required.
- Available to work flexible hours/evenings and weekends a MUST
Candidates must possess a high degree of professionalism, strong business communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The candidate should be able to work efficiently towards deadlines.
