Quotations Specialist DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul type="disc"> <li>Respond to Sales/customer queries related to product quotes</li> <li>Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing customers</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments, particularly Sales Representatives and Project Managers for quotation inquiries</li> <li>Review the quotes for errors or missed items</li> <li>Prepares budgetary quotations by CAD drawings for various medical products</li> <li>Maintains quality service by following organization standards</li> <li>Providing supporting documentation for RFP process</li> <li>Other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate</li> </ul> SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES <ul type="disc"> <li>Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent</li> <li>Efficient time management skills including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet goals and deadlines</li> <li>Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team</li> <li>Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills; ability to make quick decisions</li> <li>Attention to detail; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information</li> <li>Proficient in using Excel and Outlook</li> <li>Experience in Accounting is an asset</li> </ul> #AMICOACS
