- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Experience in upselling products or services is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food preparation techniques.
- Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food service areas.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
