Key Responsibilities
- Support operational functions and drive best practices in quality and process control
- Conduct regular process and product audits
- Participate in external audits and product testing
- Prepare and maintain QMS documentation (instructions, alerts, procedures)
- Lead and track corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution
- Analyze and report data trends
- Provide technical and customer support
- Develop and implement solutions to operational challenges
- Maintain quality communication tools and boards
- Assist in training and educating team members
- Perform internal calibrations and coordinate external ones
- Attend production meetings and contribute to quality discussions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- 2–3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment (ISO, TS certified preferred)
- College or university education preferred
- Familiarity with Lean, 5S, 8D, SPC, PPAP, FMEA methodologies
- Internal auditor certification is an asset
- Proficient with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
