Job Title: QA Specialist (Warehouse)
Position Overview
The QA Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving exception issues that arise throughout warehouse operations. This includes monitoring inbound and outbound activities, identifying quality or operational errors, tracking exceptions, and ensuring they are properly resolved and documented. The QA Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring product quality, and supporting overall operational excellence through direct collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
1、Exception Monitoring & Resolution
Handle operational exceptions such as product shortages, overages, damages, mislabels, mispicks, and returns.
Act as the key point of contact for coordinating exception-related issues between warehouse teams, quality control, customer service, and logistics.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of exception cases with complete documentation.
2、Quality Audits & Reporting
Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound goods as required.
Maintain accurate exception logs in the system and prepare exception trend reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Analyze recurring issues and provide suggestions for root cause resolution and process improvement.
3、Inventory & System Integrity
Support accurate data entry and reconciliation between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical inventory.
Investigate and correct system discrepancies related to SKUs, barcodes, order records, etc.
4、Customer Communication & Case Support
Participate in regular meetings with clients to review quality or exception-related issues.
Provide timely feedback and implement corrective actions based on client concerns or complaints.
Assist the customer service team in resolving issues related to shipping errors, damages, or lost items.
Provide supporting documentation and summaries for resolution and claim processing.
5、Standard Process Implementation
Help build and maintain SOPs for warehouse exception and QA handling procedures.
Educate frontline staff on proper handling procedures and quality awareness.
6、Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless exception handling.
Support daily cycle counts, spot audits, and other quality control initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or QA roles.
Familiar with warehouse workflows and WMS systems (e.g., inventory adjustment, SKU checks).
Strong coordination and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in issue resolution.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
