Job Type: Permanent P/T 20-32 hours per week, days and times are flexible, Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends)
Job Summary: The selected candidate will be responsible for greeting all incoming guests, visitors, and team members while providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
preparing legal documents
Answering phones and taking messages
Setting up appointments
Preparing invoices and letters
Emailing customers
Filing
Reception coverage
Handling incoming mail
Taking payments from customers and issuing receipts
Technical Skills:
A/R experience preferred
Some knowledge of the automotive industry would be preferred
Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
Extremely dependable and punctual
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact professionally with both coworkers, guests, and vendors
