Position Overview:
As a Head Detailer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing customer service washes on vehicles post-service, ensuring they are ready for customer pick-up.
- Preparing inventory vehicles for display on our lot.
- Ensuring all sold and lot vehicles are properly detailed.
- Organizing and ensuring vehicles are parked in their assigned locations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized wash bay.
- Complying with company policies and procedures to uphold customer and company confidence.
- Fostering a positive working relationship with team members and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detail all sold and lot vehicles with care and precision.
- Keep the wash bay organized and tidy.
- Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Valid G2 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
