Duties:
- Perform psychotherapeautic intervention for clients
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of patients and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate services and ensure continuity of care
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
Experience
- Must be a registered psychotherapist through the college of registered psychotherapists in Ontario or a Registered social worker.

Expected hours: 3 – 15 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
