Job Summary:
Moncton Counselling and Wellness is seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions to clients
Duties:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide counselling and therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and effective communication
- Experience working with children and adolescents, employing age-appropriate therapeutic techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Member of Association
- Previous experience working as a Psychologist

Pay: $135.00 per hour
