We are hiring a Junior Property & Construction Manager for the Moncton/Dieppe Region Full time. This role will require interaction with tradespeople, tenants & suppliers. Showing vacant units, monthly rent verifications, project management on unit renovations, sourcing materials, and helping with minor maintenance tasks. A general understand of construction & real-estate is a must.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Review rent collection & expenses
- Coordinate maintenance to apartments as needed
- Schedule move-ins & move-outs with tenants as well as tenant coordination
- Running materials as needed to different job sites and projects.
- Helping organize and clean construction sites as needed
Qualifications
- General understanding of the construction industry & project coordinating
- Proficiency in construction estimating and inspection
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes
- General understanding of real-estate and tenancy process
- Ability to manage multiple projects and a variation in daily tasks
- Time management
