The Role:

We're seeking someone to occupy a pivotal role responsible for supervising every facet of a nationwide rollout. This entails managing project estimates, costs, production schedules, logistics, vendor timelines, and supporting a team of installers throughout the rollout. This rollout requires quick thinking, adaptability, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure a successful execution.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining our team's focus and ensuring project success. Your duties will include:

- Supervising all project aspects from initiation to completion, including coordinating cross-functional efforts to provide estimates and design revisions to clients, scheduling work with production team, managing vendor orders and overseeing the logistics and installation teams.

- Developing comprehensive workback schedules and ensuring timely delivery from vendors and our in-house production team.

- Proactively identifying and addressing potential project risks, devising effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on course.

- Sourcing materials and services on an ad hoc basis.

- Keeping our digital project management system updated with latest details and task allocation.

Qualifications:

Required/Preferred Qualifications:

- A minimum three years of project management experience in trade show, experiential marketing or similar fast-paced industry. Please note: candidates that have project management experience within IT, software or healthcare only are not being considered at this time due to the significant difference to our industry.

- A minimum one year of experience in large format print industry or similar.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills are essential.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, accommodating the industry's seasonal demands, project rollouts and client needs, which may include being onsite or available for calls during overnight installations
